Will Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse be released in 2025?
Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse was supposed to be released in 2024, and while that’s no longer happening, there’s been no updated release date. Hopefully, the movie will come out next year, though the series hasn’t had a good track record with many delays. The good news is the third film in the Spider-Verse series has been in development since they finished the second one. Regardless of how long the wait is, if it’s as good as the previous two, it will be well worth it.
Who should play Rogue in the MCU’s X-Men reboot?
As development continues on the Marvel Cinematic Universe-set reboot of the X-Men franchise, fans continue to voice their picks for who should play the iconic mutant superhero team, including Rogue. While some minds may gravitate to the likes of Jenna Ortega or Millie Bobby Brown for the role, I’d personally be intrigued to see Mckenna Grace’s take on the character, as she’s not only shown an incredible acting range in the recent Ghostbusters movie and A Friend of the Family, but also an interesting mix of introverted and extroverted personalities with her characters that I think would suit Rogue perfectly. Additionally, given the MCU has recast actors in the past, Grace’s prior role as a young Carol Danvers could easily be a non-issue.
Is Rick Grimes’ brother coming to The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon?
The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon season 3 could be the perfect way for the TWD universe to finally see the debut of Rick Grimes’ brother. In the comics, Jeffrey Grimes was stranded in Spain at the beginning of the apocalypse. Despite trying to make his way back to Rick, Jeff dies after being bitten. I believe a different version of that story could play out in live-action, with Daryl finding Jeff and it making him and Carol go back to the US. The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon season 3 will film in Spain, which makes Jeffrey Grimes’ debut more likely.
